If there was ever a dress that one could imagine on Grace Kelly I think this is it. It has a definitive retro feel but in a thoroughly modern way. I love the crisp taffeta used - it helps to hold the shape and that amazing deep pleating on the skirt and has a lovely lightness to it. The bust skims over the body and is detailed with her signature raw edged seaming. The button front allows you to do it right up to the neck or leave it open to create a plunge at the front. The waist is seamed with the skirt set up over the seam and it has its original belt to create a more cinched in fifties starlet feel. The skirt is a masterpieces - it is deliberately and meticulously shaped and draped with wide pleats of fabric. The finishing is perfection and it is very collectible. It has a decidedly fifties feel to it mixed with a wanton and beguiling, girl-next-door, sexiness. Excellent, appears to have never been worn condition.

Unlined and buttons down the front to close. Beautifully finished and appears to have never been worn. Tagged a Prada 40. Please know your size in Prada and check the measurements given as Prada runs small. Note the color is a blue red in person, not the orange red it has photoed.
